   PSA is not the confirmative test for cancer.Don’t presume,you have cancer unless biopsy is done.
   They say,prostate cancer grows very slowly and in most cases surgery can be avoided.
   diet and life style have lot to do with such cancer.Hereditary is the main cause.
   On the subject of natural ways of living with prostate cancer,there are many books available.You can search on Amazon or in library.

   I had cancer some nine years before but I Learned more after surgery which perhaps could have been avoided.This is a good question before surgery.
   Statistics says,many of the cases of Prostate cancer and colon cancer are misdiagnosed.Ads you see on TV or propadanda you hear are all to make money by Pharmacies and doctors.YOU MUST KNOW MORE AND DO MORE TO CONCLUDE.ALWAYS HAVE MORE THAN TWO OPINIONS IF POSSIBLE FROM OTHER COUNTRIES.I HAVE MY OWN DOUBT ABOUT PATHOLOGICAL LABORATORIES AND THEIR RELATIONS WITH DOCTORS.PL BEWARE.

   What determines what is a "high" PSA level in part is relative to what country you are in, and what age you are….

   For example, my father had a reading of 17 – which is considered very high here – however, he went to see a doctor in Canada, and they didn’t even blink at it -they said for a man his age that was normal.

   So a lot of it depends on the paradigm your doctor was taught.

   In other words, don’t freak out about it just yet – get a biopsy done before you worry.
